Even though we are happy that you have chosen our Philips Lumea Prestige and that the device is easy to use, we are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied since it is not a long term hair removal solution. At this point, we need to mention that unfortunately this is not possible with the IPL technology that the device works with. However, when using our Lumea correctly, the hair removal results can last up to six months.
