I am looking for a mat for my office desk, to go under my keyboard and my arms. The most important criterion: it should not be sticky (so no PVC or similar). Currently, my arms "stick" to the desk and I want to counteract this with a fabric-like material. Unfortunately, there is no material filter. Does anyone know of something suitable? Thanks!

Hello :D Is there any plan to add Colorful iGame graphics cards to the product range? I am considering a Fractal Terra build with an AIO CPU cooler, but then the GPU can only be 20cm long. With the 5060ti 16gb mini from Colorful iGame, this would be feasible.

Given the recent reports of compromised Ledger hardware wallets, including emerging reports involving German suppliers, I would like to ask: Do you source Ledger wallets directly from Ledger or through third-party distributors? If so, which ones? Are you planning to conduct a thorough security investigation of all suppliers and distributors to ensure that no tampered devices have entered your supply chain? Would you be willing to publicly share the findings of this investigation and proactively inform all customers who have purchased Ledger devices from Galaxus? Considering the potential financial risks to customers, I believe a transparent and comprehensive investigation is essential. Simply relying on assurances from suppliers would not be sufficient.

I ordered toners from Galaxus. These were supposedly delivered 2 days ago and have now gone back to the distribution centre because supposedly no one was there to receive them. Which was not true, there was someone there all day. Galaxus does not respond to emails. I can indicate in the order itself that it has not been delivered. In this case, I should contact the customer service centre. However, I am not told how to do this. As with many other shops, there is no contact email/phone number for customer service on the website. When I search for customer service or support, I am of course only offered new products. Can anyone help me with this? I would like to complete my very last Galaxus order here quickly

Does anyone have experience with the Wanbo X5 Pro (2025) in combination with Apple TV and a Bluetooth soundbar? I would like to connect the Apple TV to the X5 Pro via HDMI and connect a soundbar via Bluetooth. My goal would be to only use the Apple TV Siri Remote for everyday use. Does HDMI-CEC work reliably so that the X5 Pro turns on and off automatically with the Apple TV? And does the volume control of the Bluetooth soundbar also work reliably via the Apple TV remote? Does anyone have this exact setup and can report from their own experience?

Galaxus delivered a device with an adapter that doesn't work!!! It's a disgrace. The two parts don't fit together properly and it's impossible to remove the attachment. And there's no phone number to contact customer service! Who can help me?

Hello everyone. After 20 years, I would like to buy a PC tower again. Including an affordable mouse and keyboard. The PC should have enough ports (USB, aux, and whatever else is needed), and a CD drive, of course. 32GB of RAM would be good, as I might want to install music software like Maschine or Ableton in the future. For gaming, it's enough if it can run Age of Empires. It should also be possible to create a music and photo archive. Since I have absolutely no idea, I would be very happy to get some help from some experts. I don't think I need anything new at all. Thank you very much in advance! Edit

I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? Hello everyone, I would like to book the 10 Gbit/s fiber optic internet subscription (CHF 39.–/month) from Galaxus. At my place (Reinach BL), fiber optic is available up to the building. However, I only have a telephone socket (copper) in my apartment; there is no fiber optic socket. I work with an iMac Pro (Intel) that has a 10 Gbit/s Ethernet port, and I use LAN cables exclusively. Wi-Fi is secondary for me. My questions: Can I book the Galaxus 10 Gbit/s plan if there is only a telephone socket in the apartment, or is fiber to the home (FTTH) mandatory? Who is responsible for running the fiber from the building to the apartment (Swisscom, owner, property management), and what does it cost? Does Galaxus cover any of this, or just the connection? If no modifications are made: What speed is realistic over the existing telephone line? If the fiber is installed in the apartment: Can I connect the iMac Pro directly to the Galaxus router (Zyxel) and use the 10 Gbit/s via LAN? What cable do I need for this (Cat6a or better)? Hi, I’m considering buying a MacBook Air M5 and would like to use it with my Lenovo Legion Pro 32UD-10 monitor. Can anyone confirm whether the MacBook Air M5 can output 3840 × 2160 at 240 Hz through a USB-C to USB-C connection, using the USB-C cable supplied with the monitor? Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. It is unacceptable that a cancellation request for an order for which I still do not know the delivery date after a month and a half must be subject to the acceptance of a third-party supplier. I did not choose the supplier, Galaxus did, and the same goes for the payment. And I have to suffer the consequences of Galaxus's poor choice. The same product is on sale on Amazon at a price that is less than 1/3 of Galaxus's price and with 48-hour delivery. This is not acceptable at all.

We are a young photography company and are looking for new storage options. We currently have SSD's for editing and HDD with 8TB as "final storage" and as backup during editing. As we want to access the storage from both PCs for data storage and security with the RAID settings, we were thinking about a NAS. I've already done some research, but to be honest I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the choices ^^ Maybe you can help us. We need a lot of memory, as one project has several hundred GB of memory. In addition, the data should be stored securely, as these are important images (especially weddings). What can you recommend for an enclosure, which RAID setting and how much storage or which HDDs? Should we go for a NAS with 4 slots or, for example, one with 6 and add more storage later? How much RAM should it have if we are mainly using it for data storage and not working directly on it? This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. This could be used to build your own tools, for example for price analyses, product comparisons, data exports, notifications, etc. Of course, under clear framework conditions such as API keys, rate limits and access only to public data without influencing shop functions. I would be interested to know whether there are already statements or discussions on this or whether a public API is deliberately not planned. Thank you very much.
