Basically, it does not fit according to the link, but should still work, since your UE40KU6400 is actually the same series (KU) as e.g. a UE49KU6459, which is listed under the above link. And the remote control codes are actually always the same for SAMSUNG TVs, so I would be very surprised if this Fbdg did not work with your TV.
