Question about Xiaomi Mi Robot

I just bought the Xiaomi mi robot and it is impossible for me to connect it to my app via wifi. I've just bought the Xiaomi mi robot and I can't connect it to my app via wifi, despite following the instructions and resetting the wifi on the robot I can't enter the wifi key from my router as the field is greyed out.
