Is the BIOS version 1004 or newer? Because the new AMD 5000 series is only supported from this BIOS version onwards. I don't want to buy a 5000 and then find out that I need a 3000 to update the BIOS.

It's been more than a month but still, maybe it helps someone: board received today (30.12.2020) has BIOS version 1004 installed, the 5800X runs without problems.
