Why can I only set my RAM up to 3266mhz on this mainboard ( doccp/xmp enabled ).

as soon as I go to 3600mhz my pc does not boot anymore ( at 3266mhz everything ok )

as ram I use ( G.Skill Trident Z RGB 2x8gb )

Cpu is a R5 3600XT

does anyone have a tip for me ? :?
