Does the mobo need a BIOS update for the Ryzen 7 5800x so that the PC can be started?
Yes, the BIOS must be updated to the latest version so that the CPU is recognised. This worked for me without any problems using a USB stick and the Flash BIOS button. Everything is explained perfectly in the manual.
