Unfortunately, I do not know whether this is possible at all. For this, the GPU would have to be installed as a replaceable card and not onboard. But that would make no sense in terms of price and effort. Furthermore, you would almost certainly have to make various other modifications (chassis, heatsink, drivers, bios, etc). The warranty would probably also be void. It is best to buy a corresponding model with the desired graphics card directly.

Hello Robin, for professional CAD software such as CATIA or Pro/Engineer, probably not. Workstations with appropriate graphics cards, which are then also supported by the manufacturer, are clearly recommended. For simple CADs such as LibreCAD, this laptop is sufficient. My wife works with the 3D software from the Silhouette 3D printer, which runs smoothly and without problems.
