Can this m.2 ssd run on the gigabyte b550 aorus pro at the highest level?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "running at top speed", but it does fit, you just have to leave out the heatsink for the M.2, which is installed as standard.
I was able to install the SSD on my Asus Rog Strix Z390-E Gaming without any problems. It runs at top speed.
