In general, it doesn't matter which language edition you buy, the system language you choose for the Nintendo Switch determines the language within the game (I just tested it). The only difference between the different language editions is probably the labelling on the game cover.

Hello Yes, the Text is in French, Italian, German and English. It has no Dialogue. Only the Packaging is in German. Greetings
