Question about LG 55NANO816

I have a brand new TV (bought here about 2 weeks ago). While I am watching it, it simply switches off, stays off for about 5-10 seconds and then switches on again. Then it runs for 5-10 minutes and the whole thing repeats. The problem is clearly with the television and not with the TV box. Is the TV set defective? Or does it need an update of some kind? Or what is the cause?

Download the latest firmware from https://www.lg.com/ch_de... and install it via USB stick according to the update instructions. According to the changelog, this is a known error, but it is fixed in the current software version 03.21.10. Unfortunately, the automatic update function of the TV does not yet recognise this version...

I don't know if the community is the right platform for this. In any case, we have no such problems (we also bought the TV 2 weeks ago). I assume that the TV is free-standing, not that it overheats?
Otherwise I would pack it up and return it under guarantee.
