It only works with Thunderbolt 3 ports. From what I can see on the web, the T304 has a USB-C port but it's not thunderbolt, so I don't think it's going to work for you.
Pass-through charging is not supported via Thunderbolt. The USB-C port supplies a maximum of 15W.
