Question about Philips Hue dimmer switch

Sorry, but what is this nonsense about "promoting" the more expensive version from Pfister? Then I select Digitec as the supplier and after clicking the "Note" button, I have the expensive Pfister version in my watch list. If you get commission from Pfister, why not sell the product at a higher price? PS: Coop Baumarkt has them for 24.90 - subject to third-party advertising. And I'll get some more there too.
