I am basically very satisfied with this product. I have recently had a Bluetooth problem. The TN-400BT no longer connects to a Bluetooth device under any circumstances. Neither pairing in all possible sequences, nor previously paired devices are recognised or paired again. Does anyone know about this problem?

Sounds like a defect to me, unfortunately - I couldn't find a common problem with this in various forums. 

You can open a service case in the customer account and send in the device within your warranty, if the device still has it. I hope that this will help you quickly.
