Question about Walimex Daylight 250

The bulb does not work with the lamp on the product received. I tested with another bulb, which lights up correctly. I also tested the bulb supplied with another lamp, everything works. I also tested the bulb supplied with another lamp, and it worked. But I couldn't get any light with the bulb and the lamp supplied. I am left with a lamp and a bulb that work separately but not together. Has anyone had a similar problem? (A return request for defective items is being made to customer service)
