Is this 45W enough to charge a T480 that comes with a 65W power supply? Will I somehow damage the hardware if I use this as the main power supply or will it just take longer to fully charge?

That should basically work. If 65W is normal, then it will charge a little slower at 45W. But why not just buy a 65W USB-C power adapter? -> Lenovo 65W Standard AC Adapter USB-C (65W)

I have a Lenovo Yoga 910-13IKB from you and need a fixed charging station for the office. Will this product fit? The original looks a bit different, but it also says 45 W :-)

Yes, that should fit according to the specifications. Output: 5 V/2 A, 9 V/2 A, 15 V/3 A or 20 V/2.25A
