Question about Segway-Ninebot KickScooter ES1

I have ordered the Segway Ninebot ES 1 and also the KNOG Oi Small bell, but I am not sure if it fits around the Segway handlebar. The description of the bell says that it fits a handlebar diameter of 22.2mm. Or should I have taken the Large bell? (31.8mm diameter) Does anyone have experience or can recommend a bell?

The handlebar has a circumference of exactly 110 mm, i.e. a diameter of 35 mm, so neither of them will fit.
