- Appropriate tyres
- Lights: white at the front and red at the rear, not flashing
art. 175 to 178b OETV1
- Red reflector on the rear
- Orange retro-reflector on the pedals, if the vehicle has
pedals. Sport pedals are excluded.

This model does not have some of these elements (rear phara). For me it is therefore "illegal on our roads".

No ? What do you think? (it's too hard to find legal scooters in Switzerland when our laws are different from the European ones.
