Questions about Stadler Form Theo

After the Theo had been in operation for two years, I switched it off before the holidays.... Now I can no longer switch it on. As soon as it is on, there is a regular metallic click. When I press the power button, it cracks twice, the functions light up briefly, but I can't select anything. Then only the metallic click. Can anyone help? Thank you.

The appliance always whistles, and the motor runs very slowly, and the light in the display when switched on can be seen for a short time, and switches off immediately.

Can I also set the dehumidifier so that it only runs from 21.00 to 6.00?

I turned on the Théo dehumidifier all night, in a room where I hung out the laundry. I left the air vent open but it didn't collect a drop of water. How is this possible? I set the humidity at 40%....

I have been using my Theo for about a year now and I've been using it pretty much daily for hours. Lately it has started to produce a sound while working, like a low hum that can be better heard from the room next to it. It sounds like a vibrating phone. Is that a cause of concern?

How do you attach the hose? the manual says to attach it to the hole in the back of the unit. There are 2 holes. The hose attached to one hole, but the unit still drips water into the tank. The hose does not attach to the second hose. What am I missing?

How can I simply set continuous operation? I don't understand why a timer or standby mode would be necessary...

I operate Theo in a cellar room and the humidity is currently still at 50%. I have connected the hose so that I don't have to keep emptying the tank. However, water is now flowing out through the hose and into the tank. When the tank is full, Theo switches off - continuous operation does not work. What can I do?

So, replacement unit received, immediately makes a different noise, compressor was probably defective. Now it seems to work. However, only up to 50%. If I set it to 60%, it switches off, 50% it also switches off as expected, hygro shows 50%. All is well. If I set it to 40%, it works forever, hygro goes down to 48/49% but not further, even after 24 hours in operation. Water approx. 1L/24h. Is this normal? Or is it not 100% efficient? Thank you

The thing has been running for 6 hours now. Hygrometer still shows 65% humidity in the room, Theo is set to 40%. There is not a drop of water or any trace of water in the tank, absolutely dry and it blows cold air. Something can't be right, can it?

Bought this device occassionally. Plugged it in at home. Now the LEDs from the hydrostat are flashing, but the unit "does not start up". The unit has now stood upright overnight and I put it in a room with slightly higher humidity (50%). Anyone have an idea how to get the thing to run?

Does the unit also regulate the humidity? If not, is there an air purifier that also regulates humidity?

In my case, Theo only switches off the compressor after reaching the humidity target value, but the fan continues to run continuously. However, I actually assumed that the device switches off completely (in stand-by mode, so to speak) and only switches on again from time to time to measure the humidity. Can anyone confirm this or do you have other experiences?
