After the Theo had been in operation for two years, I switched it off before the holidays.... Now I can no longer switch it on. As soon as it is on, there is a regular metallic click. When I press the power button, it cracks twice, the functions light up briefly, but I can't select anything. Then only the metallic click. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Hello Anonymous. Thank you for your feedback on the dehumidifier Theo. We are sorry to hear that Theo is causing you concern. Have you been able to completely disconnect Theo from the power supply for at least 24 hours and then start it up again? I had something similar. It started up briefly and then turned off and on and off again. I made a warranty claim through Galaxus and after about 2 weeks I had it back repaired. Some circuit board was replaced by Stadler under guarantee.
