Noco Jumper starter GB50 Boost XL

We bought this booster and tried to start our car yesterday because the battery was flat. Nothing happened at all. The car did not start. We had to call in a car mechanic who told us that the booster was completely empty with 0.6 volts. This was despite the fact that it had only recently been charged and the LED indicator was green throughout. Obviously the booster is not charging. Does anyone know this problem? Measured with the voltmeter at the 12V output, it only has said 0.6 volts, which is why the car did not start.
If the starter battery is completely empty, the Buster cannot detect the battery and does not switch on. In this state, the button with the exclamation mark must be pressed for approx. 3 seconds. The Buster is thus switched to Manuel, but beware that all safety devices are bypassed and the Buster provides full power.
