Question about Wingo SIM card for mobile subscription

wingo is terrible; portability from Swisscom is just not working leaving you with no way to contact them; it has no support or does everything to prevent you to reach it (does not answer to whatsapp or email and charge 1.50 / min on a 0900 number that is blocked by most profesionnal mobile phones; so when you cannot call from your wingo subscription, which is not working at all, you are left without any solution); worst service ever
