Question about Pro-Ject Phono Box E
Hi. I got a Pro Ject record player and of course I want to listen to music as soon as possible. What do I need in order to get to the music? Is it enough if I connect the record player to this preamplifier and then go to the speakers or how should it work? Do you have any tips on what to buy? Thanks for the support

It depends on whether the record player already has the phono preamplifier integrated. If so, you don't need anything else to use it. If not, then you need a preamplifier. Pay attention to what kind of cartridge (needle) you have on it. There are MM and MC cartridges and you will need the preamplifier accordingly.

I connected a record player that is at least 30 years old to the phono preamplifier and then connected it to my SONOS 5 loudspeaker. It worked perfectly right away.
