According to the instructions, it is possible to connect a solar module without an additional solar regulator, is this correct? (max. 300W and 23V voltage) Can anyone recommend a solar module for a camper van?

Helpful answer

Yes, that's right! I use the device on my boat and am very satisfied!

Yes, that's right. But I have a separate mpp controller and use this input for a flexible, free-standing module for alignment in unfavourable locations. I'm really happy with the device.

Yep, that's right. A good device for simple electrical installations.
It has modules on swiss-green.ch, for example.
Have fun

Yes, connecting a solar panel works well.
I chose a mobile/foldable module (120W) with a 10m cable, as we can't or don't always want to align the camper optimally to the sun (sometimes we like to stand in the shade ;-))

yes, but be careful to measure the open-circuit voltage of the cell beforehand, it must not be more than 23 volts.

Yep, I can confirm that too. Great little device. We have installed it in our car and use (mobile) solar panels (> diekarawane.ch).
