You offer a 24-month warranty, Dreame offers a 36-month warranty. Is it better to buy it directly from Dreame or is there an advantage in favour of Galaxus?

No, joking aside. In fact, we cannot offer 3 years here. We can often offer a price advantage in such cases, which is unfortunately not possible with this product. So if our service and the slightly faster delivery are not worth 1 year warranty to you, I would actually recommend that you purchase the item directly from the manufacturer in this case.
