Would the case work with a msi b450 pro vdh max mainboard? Or would all 4 coolers be functional and addressable?

The TG4 Blue has a header connector, you don't have to connect it to the MB.

Yes, the four fans can be addressed via the button on the housing. But I would rather choose the Gigabyte B450M DS3H. You'll save a little money that you could invest in RGB, for example ; )

The 4 fans can be connected to the mainboard via an ARGB header (provided it has one) and can also then be controlled via software.
