Question about Balmuda Features Rain
Where can I buy the filter (must be replaced annually)? Can't find it at Galaxus.ch
On Ebay directly from Japan. I clean our filter regularly with sodium bicarbonate and/or citric acid; replacing it every year seems a bit excessive to me.
