Question about Microsoft 365 Family

With 365 Family, you have 6 x 1 TB of online storage. The description says that all 6 participants can access the online storage together. Question: Is it not possible to separate the 6 online storages so that everyone can only access their own storage?

Each participant has its own 1 TB of storage. In order for another participant to access this, it must be shared with the other participant.
