We received the scooter last week. Can the scooter be driven on the pavement? Unfortunately, the battery is used up very quickly. The speed indicator would be useful.

No, we are talking about devices that travel at a maximum speed of 20 km/h. According to FEDRO, these devices belong to the category of small motorbikes in accordance with Article 14 letter b. As an importer, we always have them tested by FAKT so that the customer is really covered by the insurance in the event of an accident or claim. This means that VMAX machines that have road approval always come with a certificate from FAKT.

The scooter does not have an official road permit and is therefore not allowed to be driven on the pavement. In general, you are not allowed to ride such devices on the pavement, as they are electrically powered.
