Windows10 is preinstalled on the laptop. What do I do if I want to reset the laptop? I can't find an installation CD or a key to enter somewhere in the package insert. Office is also pre-installed, but also without a key, is this a trial version which costs after 1 week?
For Windows: Create bootable USB stick (option in Windows update assistant)
Key: Stored as OEM key in the BIOS, but if you want to read it for security you can try "produkey" (free tool/ reads Windows and Office keys/ beware, some antivirus programs detect it as a virus).
Office: If you open Word, for example, and then go to Account in the top left-hand selection, your current licence will be displayed. With such inexpensive devices, you can usually assume that you have a trial version... but this does not cost anything when it expires, but only works to a very limited extent afterwards.
