Will you include the quick charger in your range? Do you have contractual partners for service in case something goes wrong?
otherwise there are 3.5A chargers for 25$ incl. shipping on aliexpress
fast charger = bad for the battery
just charge the scooter and don't leave it plugged in for a long time when it is full.
