The Ubiquiti UniFi AP-AC-M MESH lists the US-8-60W as an accessory, so it should work.
Where did you read the 802.3.af/B designation?

The UAP-AC-M supports 802.3af/A PoE and 24V Passive PoE. It does NOT support 802.3af/B PoE and therefore does not work with 802.3af/B switches. Was heisst das? Dieser Switch hat 802.3af (PoE)
