Will this screen work with an ultra-short distance projector? I don't want to watch in daylight but I want to have a good picture in the dark.

According to the manufacturer's website, unfortunately not, no. I'm sorry.

This has its own category with screens made for UST projectors, but this is in a completely different price segment (1200.- upwards). For example, this one should work according to the manufacturer: Elite Screens Aeon Edge Free CLR (Fixed Frame, Day Screen, 120", 16:9)
