Question about Icy Box IB-MS303-T
Will this mount work on a Ikea Malm Desk, pull-out? I ask this, because of the cable management board. Thank you!

I’m afraid not. But I think mostly all of the monitor arm won’t work.
Maybe remove the back panel or modify it so to allocate the space needed for the support.
Another suggestion: if the desk is made of cardboard (mostly all of Ikea desktop are like that, you should consider to put a reinforcements between the desk and the screw below. An extra piece of wood)
