Will this fit in an Imac 27 inch, 3.1 Ghz, i5 Mid 2011?

No, unfortunately they do not fit. You would have to take 2x CMSA8GX3M2A1333C9.

They fit perfectly in my iMac 27 inch/3.1 GHz/mid 2011.
My iMac, which is now 5 years old, with a 500GB SSD upgrade and 20GB RAM (2x8GB+2x2GB) runs like it did on its last day and also manages OS X Sierra without any quirks. The upgrade from 8GB (4x2GB) to 20GB RAM has really paid off once again and is well worth the investment of 85.-.
