Will they run in an ASUS Maximus VIII Hero with Intel Core i7 6700K? I want these RAM's because of the good CAS latency of 12. I will probably never do any overclocking.

And another thing, in the specs of the Intel i7 it says that it supports max. 2133 MHz RAM. Does that mean that the RAM's are slightly throttled or is the CPU clock increased a little?
