Will the traffic function (the D in MT-D) work in France and why the Garmin website does not sell MT-D?

According to Garmin, traffic information via DAB is only available in Germany and Italy. Neither in Switzerland nor in France did I have traffic reports via radio this year, only via the app (I would have liked to have known earlier)
