Will the Ram Kit fit on a z690 board with i5 12600k?
Depends on which Z690 board.
It will fit most boards with the DIMM 288 pin form factor.

So on a Z690 with DDR4 yes, but I would also recommend more speed. The best performance is achieved with DDR5 currently believed to be around 6200Mhz and crisp timings of course on a Z690 DDR5 board. If DDR4 take the fastest you can get... at least around 4800Mhz.
