Yes, my iPhone 6 fits perfectly. But it's difficult for a Plus because there's a nasty plastic edge on one side that you have to saw away. Otherwise there would be a USB port.
But since the thing can do Bluetooth audio, you don't need a dock anyway, unless you want to charge the battery.
