Will it fit in a Lenovo Legion T5 26AMR5? If not which one would fit? (It should be a 1 to 2 terabyte SSD)

To use the full performance of the SSD, the M.2 slot should have PCIe 3.0 with 4 lanes.

If the old NVMe is a 2280 with PCIeXX connector strip, then yes.
