My Dell Inspiron is a 15.6" laptop and fits well on it, but it should be pointed out that the device is reasonably stable but also collapsible and therefore does not cope with lateral force exactly as well as a variant with a fixed plate and fixed holder. So far, however, the laptop has never wobbled.
