Question about AsRock MB AMD AM5 X870E Nova WiFi

Why such "SCALPER PRICES" are now commonplace here is really frightening as this is a mainboard/motherboard with an RRP of $359, which would correspond to around €340. Let's assume a purchase price per single unit, which is probably quite generous. Generally it's listed at most suppliers for €360+ when available and here for €448 What the hell ? Why would anyone be so sorry, so stupid to pay such a price ?
