Question about Amazon Kindle Paperwhite Kids (11th Generation) - 2021
Why is this model incl. cover cheaper than the almost CHF 30 more expensive non-Kids version (CHF 181.-)? Are there any restrictions on the Kids version?
The "children's" model is identical in use to the "adult" model.

I also bought this version. No, there are no restrictions. Kids Mode can be deactivated when setting up the device (and also activated for the non-kids version). The devices are identical except for the cover. The price difference is probably explained by the fact that Amazon subsidises the Kids version :-)
