Question about Cardo Packtalk Neo

The answer from the "expert" was kindly meant, but complete rubbish!!! I had ordered the item and it is a 2nd (= 2nd device) set that can be connected to a basic set. Useless on its own. Now I was in trouble, even though I had asked, and had a disappointed daughter. Too bad, that was unnecessary.

We get the double pack from a supplier who usually offers us very good purchase prices. We get the single pack from a supplier with rather high conditions. That's how this situation comes about.
