Why is it that when I turn on the scooter, a 4 appears with a small triangle above it and the scooter doesn't move even though it is fully charged?
I can confirm that! The scooter is not functional when you buy it. Country-dependent settings are made via the app.
It is locked. Unlock it from app and then try it. It will wotk
The brake may be defective.
