Why is Digitec 100% more expensive? http://www.lindy.ch/Cat-6-S-FTP-Kabel-grau-10m.htm?websale8=ld0101.ld070101&pi=47708 I feel like I'm not being taken seriously as a customer.

You are comparing a 10 metre cable with a 20 metre cable.
For this reason, a 10-metre cable has only half the price ;)
Lindy is also the manufacturer... no transport, storage and labour costs are included... You can often find margins of 100% if you compare the offers with the cheapest and most expensive...
