Thank you for your reply. I did contact your service a couple of times and unfortunately, since last week, there is apparently no information from CONRAD to Galaxus reporting anything about the status of this. There is also not an updated promised feedback until Monday (aka yesterday).

The last information you had was that it was apparently marked as to be sent last week, but nothing happened. I know we are living in a peculiar time for deliveries, nevertheless it is a bit strange that this partner of yours doesn't even reply with the updated status of the order to your backoffice.

I wondered if I should cancel it as it is extremely frustrating to not know anything about this order at all neither from conrad nor from Galaxus side, and my money just floats in here.

A ticket is apparently, since last week, on your helpdesk service to get a reply from your 3rd party supplier, but I'm still left in blank. Advice to all at the moment: avoid buying it via 3rd parties in here.

Sorry for the ranting.
