Why does the WD Red Pro ask whether you want to extend the warranty from 2 years to 3, 4 or 5 years when you add it to cart?

As already mentioned in the Community, the warranty for all WD Red Pro products from the manufacturer is 5 years.

After an internal check, I can inform you that we offer a 24-month warranty on this item, after which you must contact the manufacturer directly.
