Question about Tefal GV7096 Express Compact Anti-Calc

The temperature selector switch on the iron is probably set too low. We had the same problem at the beginning.

I had the problem right at the beginning, so I sent it in. Apparently they had cleaned the lime boiler. Now it worked perfectly on all steam levels.
