Why does Galaxus/Digitex show that the stock level is 4 and delivery will take place in 3 days and on the 4th day the order status only says: " Delivery status: unfortunately the goods were not delivered to us on time. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be displayed here." Galaxus should urgently revise its own processes and its warehouse management system. Blaming the suppliers instead of checking availability in time and informing the customer early is unprofessional. Faking availability status and delivery dates is disappointing to say the least. Please clarify delivery dates and act pro-actively with your customers!
